How to use your guest list template
Follow these 4 simple steps to manage your guest list stress-free:
Make a Copy or Open in Excel
Tap 'Make a copy' to save your private version to Google Drive, or open the downloaded CSV file in Microsoft Excel.
Add Names & Contact Numbers
List relatives and friends with their mobile numbers. In the Google Sheet version, WhatsApp links are created from these numbers.
Track RSVPs & Headcounts
Mark Yes, No or Maybe as replies arrive and update the headcount, so you can share numbers with your caterer.
Send invitations on WhatsApp
Message each guest on WhatsApp with your invitation link, and note their reply in the sheet.
